Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy is effective on April 15, 2017.

We do not ship our books outside of the United States. For delivery outside of the United States, you can purchase our books from an online reseller like Amazon or Barnes and Noble. If you do, then their policies for delivery, returns and refunds will apply, not ours.

If you purchase our books from usat NOW!, LLC, we will ship those books to you from Michigan (USA) using USPS Priority Mail. We estimate delivery within 3 business days. This means you’ll get your books as quickly as we can get them to you, as economically as we can. And we’ll give you the USPS tracking number so you can follow your books all the way to your door.

But sometimes, something goes wrong – maybe the address was wrong, or maybe the USPS ran into a snowstorm.

So if your books get lost along the way, let us know – we’ll make it right. Click on the “Customer Service” link and give us your order number, name and address, and tell us what’s wrong. We’ll look into it, figure out what happened and find a way to fix it.

If the book is lost and never gets delivered, we’ll send you another one, at no extra charge.

If the book is damaged when you get it, let us know. We’ll arrange for you to return the damaged book and send you another one (which, hopefully, will be intact when you get it). Don’t send the book back until you hear from us, though.

If you just want to cancel your order – maybe your cat stepped on the PLACE ORDER button – send us a note on the “Customer Service” page. We’ll undo the order and return your money. Of course, if the order has already shipped, you’ll have to send it back to us first, and it has to be in good condition so we can sell it again (well, that makes sense, right?).

If you just don’t like the book – how is that possible? – we’ll still try to make it right. You can return the book to us in good, resellable condition, and we’ll refund your purchase price. You’ll have to pay the return postage and you’ll have to ask us first – and you’ll have to do this within 10 days of getting the book (we’ll check the USPS delivery date). But we’ll make it as right as we can – and we’ll thank you for trying it out.

Of course, this policy only applies to products you purchased directly from us at NOW!, LLC. If you purchased your book or product from another vendor (like Amazon or Barnes and Noble), please check their return and refund policy.
